This group is designed to support integration the process of making sense of your experiences and bringing them into your daily life

in a grounded and meaningful way.

Rooted in evidence-based practices to support nervous system regulation, reduce stress, improve heart rate variability, and strengthen emotional resilience.

We work with meditation, breath, and sound to help you listen more deeply to your inner wisdom including cultivating a relationship with earth medicine, herbs, entheogens, and allies.

This is a space to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and be supported in community.
